  • What types of photography services do you offer at Galaxy Studio Toronto?: At Galaxy Studio Toronto, we specialize in editorial photography services, including magazine and newspaper photos, business headshots, agency portfolio photos, family portraits, maternity shoots, engagement sessions, and even dog photography.

  • Where is Galaxy Studio Toronto located?: Our studio is conveniently located in North York, near the Don Valley Parkway, making it easily accessible for clients in the Greater Toronto Area.

  • What is the address for Galaxy Studio's?: 186 Bartley Drive, North York, ON, M4A 1E1.  If you type into google maps "Galaxy Studios" it will pop up our exact door location. We are located in the secondary drive way with the black fence. Across from the fence we are UNIT 1, you'll see a brick stair case with white & black signs on the door saying "Studio". You will see our logo on the door. 

  • Where do I park?: You can park anywhere along the black fence. If by chance there is no parking there, you can park in the front of the building. If that is full please call us. 416-356-6732 or 416-389-7989.

  • How much is a deposit?: Our standard deposit is 30% of your booking fee, which is due up front. You will receive an invoice for this deposit when you book your session with our studio. Additionally, if you book online, you have the option to pay 100% of the studio booking fee when scheduling your session. We recommend the 30% deposit to secure your session date. 

  • How can I book a photoshoot at Galaxy Studio Toronto?: Booking a photoshoot with us is easy! You can visit our website and use our online booking system to select your preferred date and time. Alternatively, you can contact us directly via phone or email to schedule your session.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy?: To cancel your booking, you must notify the studio at least 78 hours in advance of your scheduled session. If you do not provide at least 78 hours' notice, you will not be eligible for a full refund. However, if you cancel your booking with the required 78 hours' notice, we will provide a full refund. Refunds are issued via E-Transfers or Cash only. 

  • What is the policy for last-minute bookings within less than 78 hours' notice?: We operate on an appointment-only basis, and if you need to book a session with less than 78 hours' notice, you will be required to confirm and pay 50% of the session fee upfront. This policy ensures that last-minute bookings are secured and helps us accommodate your needs effectively.

  • What should I expect during a photoshoot at your studio?: During your photoshoot, our experienced photographers will work with you to capture the perfect shots. We'll provide guidance on posing, lighting, and styling to ensure you get the results you desire. 

  • Can I bring props or wardrobe changes for my photoshoot?: Yes, absolutely! We encourage clients to bring props and multiple outfits to personalize their photoshoots and achieve a variety of looks. 

  • How long does a typical photoshoot session last?: The duration of a photoshoot session can vary depending on the type of session and the specific requirements. Our photographers will work with you to ensure we capture the desired shots within a reasonable timeframe. 

  • Can I receive the RAW digital files from my photography session, and how does it work?: Yes, we do provide an option for clients to receive their RAW digital files. We offer a secure download link that allows you to download the RAW files to your computer or store them on your preferred cloud storage platform, such as Google Drive. This service is available for an additional fee. However, If you'd like to purchase a USB drive from our company to store your RAW files, there is an extra charge of $60. Our USB drives are a convenient option for clients who prefer a physical copy of their files. The USB can be shipped by mail within 14 days after your session or picked up at our studio 7-10 days after your session. 

  • What is the turnaround time for receiving my edited photos?: We strive to provide a quick turnaround time for edited photos. Typically, you can expect to receive your edited images within 1-6 weeks after the photoshoot. Depending on the type of session you booked it states in the description when the turnaround time is for each service. 

  • What safety measures do you have in place during COVID-19?: Your safety is our priority. We have implemented strict COVID-19 safety protocols in our studio to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our clients. This includes regular sanitization & social distancing. Masks are not required at our studio, if you would like our team to wear one during your experience with us, please email us before arrival. 

  • What payment methods do you accept?: We accept a variety of payment methods, including E-Transfer,  Online Payment Link through Wix and cash. You can find more details on our website. Invoices will be sent when booked with us via Online. 

  • Do you offer gift certificates for photography sessions?: Yes, we offer virtual gift cards from $100-$500. You can by them on our website.
